(AFrevola Photography) WEST ISLIP, NY — A fire that broke out at a West Islip home on Tuesday night is currently under investigation, the West Islip Fire Department said. At about 10:46 p.m., the department said it responded to a report of a residential structure fire at a Fairfax Avenue home with multiple calls, according to a social media post . Additional support was provided by North Babylon Fire Company, Bay Shore Fire Department, Deer Park Fire Department, Babylon Fire Department, and Bay Shore Brightwaters Ambulance.
