The crash occurred in Central Islip, police said. (Shutterstock) CENTRAL ISLIP, NY — Suffolk County Police are investigating a crash involving a bicyclist that collided with a car in Central Islip. The incident occurred at about 6:40 a.m., on Lowell Avenue. The street is currently closed in both directions at East Suffolk Ave, police said. It is unclear if anyone is injured.
