Roy Gross, Chief of the Suffolk SPCA, said that its Detectives charged Jillian Fitzpatrick, 43, and Janine Albrecht ,69, of Bohemia New York, with one count each of Abandonment and Conspiracy for abandoning 'Rocky', an 6 year old male cat, on July 10th 2023 at 3:55PM.
